Went round Freds tonight, he bought home a few dishes that he was testing at work today. Wasn't quite as good as one of my 'Chef nights in', but it was nice to be cooked for, for once!
The Menu,
-Semolina gnocchi baked with duck ragou and white sauce (bechemal).
-Homemade Pear and Chestnut Tart with shop bought (come on Fred, raise the bar) Chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
