On my recent hunter gathering trip I cooked this dish of 'Grilled Venison with hedgehog mushrooms, green beans and a lovely game sauce', venison and mushies all from the New Forest!
I also cooked some lovely Wild mushies (also from the New Forest) on toast, but it was quickly eaten before I had a chance to take a pic!
