Cos Freddies opening a new restaurant in a few weeks, he spends the day menu planning, trying out new dishes, etc and then has the night off! Quite rare for us both to have so much free time, as I am on holidays at the moment, so we have been having a few chefs nights in of late, this was the menu for last Tuesdays supper.
-'Bottom of the fridge soup' (just told him it was winter vegetable soup)
-Boiled gammon, parsley dumplings.
-Jam rolly polly and custard (homemade, obviously).
