Less than 48 hrs......



This weekend has been the first time that I have cooked the whole menu at the same time, kind of realising that 2 hours is not a lot of time to cook 3 different canapes, a main course with a starch and a vegetable dish, and a dessert, all for 4 different Michelin starred chefs!!!!!!Oh well, I'll just have to take my special chefs concoction of a redbull and Lucozade, that usually gets me moving!
