Neals Yard Maturing Arches.

Headed down to Neals Yard maturing arches this morning.
What a cheese fest!
Tried some fantastic British cheeses, among the best a rare cheese called St.James, only 6 cheeses are made each day for only 5 months of the year!

Kedgeree.

I made Smoked Mackeral Kedgeree the other day.
Slightly different taste than if I had made it in the more common way, with Smoked Haddock.
But as Mackeral is much more sustainable, I thought that I would give it a try!

Green, Purple & Wild Asparagus.

Melon,Thai basil & pickled cucumber.

There will be some lovely melons about in the coming weeks,
I came up this salad using Watermelon, Cantaloupe & Honeydew.

Worlds Best Butcher!

Buy all of my meat from these guys, just 10 times better than anywhere else.
They are so dedicated to supplying great meat.
This is a Norfolk White chicken that I bought from them, will set you back about £15 though! But then when you think about it whats £15 for an amazing chicken when my Mrs, spends £100 on a pair a boots that she'll wear 3 times! And it was so big I managed to get 6 large portions from 1 bird!

English Asparagus.

In season and tastes great.

Wow, felt amazing after eating this!

Wild garlic puree, English asparagus, freerange poached eggs.

Everything in season and full of vitamins!
Felt like superman!
