Semi Dried Vine tomatoes
Boosted the flavour of these vine tomatoes by drying them out in a dehydrator with a slither of garlic, worked a treat.
Seatrout poached in Olive Oil with Citrus & Wood Sorrel
Got my first delivery from Forager (wild herb supplier) of wood sorrel, came in season the day I called!
ME-''Hello, can I order 200grams of Wood Sorrel?''
Voice at the other end of the phone-''Na we aint got no Wood Sorrel yet?''
Voice in background-''Yer we av, it arrived this morning''!
Seatrout also just arrived in season.
Here I lightly poach it in olive oil and serve it with citrus fruits and a few sprigs of wood sorrel.

Heirloom Tomatoes
I popped into New Covent Garden Market last week, to see what was about?
I found these 'bad boys'!
Still a bit early for tomatoes and the flavour will only improve over the next few months, but I had a play with a few dishes anyhow.
Heirloom tomato & Shiso Salad
Heirloom Tomato & Chilli Chutney
Gonna taste fantastic in a month or so, when the tomatoes have been vine ripened.
