In desprerate need of some quality produce and menu ideas, so I popped down to New Covent Garden Market in the early hours. I discovered a really passionate Italian fruit and veg supplier (I almost had a heart attack from drinking double expressos in his office!) He supplies Tinello, Loccatelli and my mate Freddies restaurant, Cantinetta in Putney.
