6 am Trip Down The Market.

In desprerate need of some quality produce and menu ideas, so I popped down to New Covent Garden Market in the early hours. I discovered a really passionate Italian fruit and veg supplier (I almost had a heart attack from drinking double expressos in his office!) He supplies Tinello, Loccatelli and my mate Freddies restaurant, Cantinetta in Putney.

Eat more Marmalade.

The newspapers are claiming that Marmalade is becoming a thing of the past!
I think its great!
And I am going to make sure that I eat loads more of it this year.
